Portuguese citrus. Algarve as home.
We sell a better glass — not commodity dried fruit, not a beach postcard, not a spirits brand that happens to include a wheel. The citrus is Portuguese. The Algarve is where the feeling lives: late light, peel oils, a luminous patience. That is enough.
Algarve light in the peel — warmth, oils, late patience — but the proof you can taste is Portuguese citrus in the glass. Look. Aroma. Ritual. Intention.
We dry slowly because rushing the fruit rushes the drink. We slice by hand where the cut matters. We check every batch by hand. No sugar. No sulphur. Our own process certification is pending; we will not pretend otherwise. No loud organic theatre on the front of pack.
If you forget the drying for a moment, the story still holds. The glass simply looks finished.
We price the glass, not the kilo.
We would rather be late and precise than early and loud. When the first collection is ready, it will be ready.
Taste Portugal anywhere — when it ships. Join the waitlist; we write when the first collection is ready.
